Terms & Conditions

Please note that the following Terms & Conditions apply to Participants, members, holders and /or users of the
Platinum Beauty Card. Participation, purchase and/or use of the Platinum Beauty Card constitutes acceptance of these
terms and conditions.

Platinum Beauty Card holders must sign the back of their Platinum Beauty Card as soon as possible upon receiving it. Only
the person that has signed the back of the membership card is entitled to the discounts and offers (in NSW) made available by
our Participants (providers of beauty services offering discounts and offers to our members - listed under our Beauty Offers
and Hair Offers pages), during the membership period (please refer to the card expiry date).

Platinum Beauty Cards may be gifted. However, Platinum Beauty Cards can only ever be used by one person - the signatory
on the back of the card. They cannot be shared or used by persons other than the signatory.

Platinum Beauty Card holders must produce their Platinum Beauty Card at the start or end of the service in order to be eligible
for the discounts/offers on our website.

Card holders must sign each time they use their card at one of our 'Participants' (beauty/hair service providers making the
offers) and the signature must match the signature on the back of the card being produced.

Where discounts and offers are shown as being for "One use", Platinum Beauty Card holders can only use the particular
discount or offer only once at that particular Participant (beauty/hair service provider).  Where discounts and offers are
"Unlimited", Platinum Beauty Card members may use the discount or offer as many times as they like at that particular
Participant, whilst the card is valid.

The discounts and offers are not applicable to gift vouchers under any circumstances.  

Discounts and offers may change at any time. However, participating salons/businesses must give us at least 4 weeks notice
of a change of discount/offer and they must honour the discount if a member has made a booking while the offer is available.
Changes will be uploaded to this website. We recommend that you confirm the offer/discount with the provider beforehand.

Platinum Beauty Card holders should continually check the Beauty Offers and Hair Offers pages for any updates to
discounts and offers (new offers may be uploaded, with existing and/or new Participants).

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced (because cards may be gifted, there is no way to track the owner of the cards).  No
refunds are available.

Misuse of the card may result in the cancellation of a Platinum Beauty Card. The Card remains the property of Platinum
Beauty Card.

Delivery may take up to 7 business days. Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days.
